Felt F1C

In the interim of the Felt Enduro Team recieving our team bikes for the season, I thought that I would put up the bikes on which we are training on. This is Ash's ride, the premiere carbon road bike available called the F1C. It features a Torayca High Modulous M303 carbon fibre frame designed with the finest road performance in mind. It combines an amazing amounts of stiffness into a bike that goes very close to the UCI minimum weight limit, and for a 60cm bike, it is as stiff as you can imagine! It exceeds anything that I've ridden before, in terms of stiffness and verticle compliance, meaning a smooth comfortable ride for the most part, and a blindingly stiff bike to sprint and climb.

Hung from this frame is a mix of the finest parts on the market, from the FSA bars to the Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels and the Shimano DuraAce groupset, there are no corners cut in the construction of this bike. The frame is perfectly complimented by the 270g Easton EC90 SLX forks which provide a stiff yet complient ride.
The vital numbers are fed back to the rider via anEchowell HRM, and the whole package is finished off with parts from Smart, Flite, Hutchinson and their Fusion range of tyres, and cycle design.
The ride is exceptional and is worth the price tag. It corners better the harder you ride, going from fine to exceptional with each increment of effort the rider offers. It converts every ounce of energy into climbing, when the bike points uphill. There are no unproven parts on this bike, everything has earnt its place and is there for the reason of speed. There is nothing more to say, its worth every red cent. And I personally own one!
