Wednesday Night Dirt Crits

If you live out in the East of Melbourne and want to have a crack at some friendly racing but you can't make it to the Crits at Westgate on a Thursday, then perhaps you could try your hand down at the Wednesday night crits at Bushy Park. I was floating around there last night and watched an enjoyable nights racing for all levels of rider. All are welcome to give it a crack, with heaps of different grades to suit each rider. Now, I admit this sounds like an advertisement for the Bushy Park Crits, but its not. It was just great to see the turnout last night and the previous few weeks, they have averaged between 50-60 riders. Mountain bike racing is a great way to meet new people, stay in shape and just have fun. So if you're even slightly interested, just pop down and give it a go.
