Joel Read breaks windscreen!
Now normally we wouldn't post information on opposition teams, but having raced against Joel from the Specialized team for many enduro's this year, as well as coutless other races, I was shocked to get a phone call today saying that he had been hit by a car. Whilst details are rather sketchy at the moment, I can confirm that his is ok and was at work today, but I think he is going to feel most shabby tommorrow! Having a look at the photos below will give you some idea of the forces involved, and I'll post more details as I get them on my blog
In Felt Racing news, it is confirmed that team will be using NightLightning lights for the season!!! The lights are due to show up tommorrow and I shall shed some light on them then!
Also, there is talk that a Virtue 3 bike will be released from the high security compound in which it is held, to visit the Felt Racing tent at the 12 hour this weekend. To my understanding, there will be an opportunity for some to have a pedal around the carpark, as it is a show bike and required to be kept in pristine condition. But regardless, that is still a pedal, and to see the Equilink in the light of day will be great.
And finally, Felt Racing have secured the services of GVRaceTech fresh from his obligation with the Australian National squad in New Zealand recently, so we look foward to working with him, and hopefully bringing home the top spot with him.
