TIMOR NEWS
As Scotty "Tuesday" Liston alluded to in the last post, he and Neil have headed over to Timor to ride in the inaugural Tour de Timor.
The first stage has been run and won, a stage that did not look too friendly for those that didn't take their climbing legs with them.
In true Neil style, packing was left to the morning, with a rear wheel being sourced the night before he flew out to Timor, lets leave everything to chance hey Neil? This doesnt seem to have affected his ride, as he managed to stand on the top step of the box and take out the first stage of the race, going into day two with a 1:38 lead over Mark Frendo.
Here's hoping Neil can ride smart, have it all go his way and hold, or extend, that lead on day two. There is no doubt he has the legs and the bike for it.
