Time to brush off the clipless gumboots
We've had a very rainy day here in Melbourne today, I got rained on riding home and it's still raining as I type. With some places getting over 15mm today and more forecast over the coming days it's sure to make the third race in the Chase the Sun series this Sunday a bit of a mud bath. The teams list has been published here, a quick read uncovers some stiff competition, so it should be a hard and fast race which is what we all enjoy, the mud factor is sure to play a part also. The Series points after 2 rounds are up here also, and it's looking possible for us to get both Felt Racing teams on the podium for the total series prize in the Pro Male Pairs category which would be a very nice result.
Dirt crits are on as always tomorrow night. And with the aforementioned rain it will definitely be a slippery one, time to bring out the mud bikes again. Hopefully it's not as bad as this.
Check back soon for some more stories and pics from the weekends racing, in the mean time check out Winnies blog to see how he's going over in Europe this time.
